SPIRITUAL FORMATION PROGRAMS

​

• Hope Africa Collective Theological Training (Indeyebo)
A two-year PULSE certificate program in partnershipwith Cape Town Baptist Seminary will be offered
to local pastors and church leaders. The program introduces leaders to the basics of biblical study in the
form of 20 short courses (10/year) with the aim oftraining leaders to strengthen their church leadership.

• EQUIP Discipleship Train the Trainer
Over 90% of Pastors and Church Leaders have zero Biblical Training. They lead churches of 150+
with no training. This is a problem. With EQUIP we can gain a broader reach of Pastors all
throughout South Africa and into other African countries. This training utilizes an outcome based
education from taking 35 required outcomes to consider a Pastor competent.

• Young Leaders’ – Khwezela Youth Network
A monthly meeting of mostlyHAC program graduates for mutual encouragement and bible study with the
purpose of impacting their communities positively. These are young leaderswho are active in their local
churches.

• Pastoral Monthly Gathering Training
A monthly gathering of local pastors and leaders from different denominations. The purpose of
gathering is for Biblical Equipping, Networking and building a Kingdom mindset to bring unity in the
body of Christ.

SOCIAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

• Life Development Train the Trainer
Focuses on the person “changing the world within”. We train and mentor other organizations to utilize
our curriculum in reaching those in their communities. The program is run mostly in communities
where people live, study, or work.The program hashadmuch successby changing student’smindset,
emotions,behaviour and setting themona path towardspersonal growth.The curriculumconsistsof90
hoursofinstructioninaninteractive approach.

• Trades Skills Train the Trainer
The curriculum trains and equips individuals with revenue-producing skills in carpentry, welding,
electrical and plumbing and business aptitude. We train and mentor other organizations to utilize
our curriculum in reaching those in their communities.
We support innovative ideas and empower students to pioneer businesses that provide long-term
earnings for their families, employment for others, and vital community growth.

• Hair & Beauty Train the Trainer
The curriculum trains and equips individuals in Hair & Beauty. We train and mentor other
organizations to utilize our curriculum in reaching those in their communities. It is designed to
provide learners with practical, hands on training in hairstyling, makeup, nails and professional
salon practices. This curriculum equips participants with both technical competencies and essential
client care skills, ensuring readiness for real world employment or entrepreneurship.
