A two-year PULSE certificate program in partnership with Cape Town Baptist Seminary offered to local pastors and church leaders. The program introduces leaders to the basics of biblical study through 20 short courses (10 per year) — strengthening church leadership from the inside out.
Over 90% of pastors and church leaders have zero biblical training, yet many lead churches of 150+. EQUIP gives us a broader reach — across South Africa and into other African countries — using outcome-based education with 35 required outcomes to consider a pastor competent.

Equipping individuals with revenue-producing skills in carpentry, welding, electrical, plumbing and business aptitude. We empower students to pioneer businesses that create long-term earnings for their families, employment for others, and vital community growth.
Hands-on training in hairstyling, makeup, nails and professional salon practices. Participants build both technical competency and the client-care skills needed for real-world employment or entrepreneurship.
